Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Timeframe: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In their original packaging with tags attached.
- Free of stains, odors, or alterations.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item(s) back.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item, please indicate your preferred size or style when contacting us.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
