Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1. Timeframe: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition: Returned items must be:
   • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
   • In their original packaging with tags attached.
   • Free of stains, odors, or alterations.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
   • Gift cards.
   • Customized or personalized items.
   • Items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item(s) back.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been inspected and approved.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange an item, please indicate your preferred size or style when contacting us.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
